Malachi Hicks

Malachi Hicks is currently serving as a Rating Veterans Service Representative at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since June 2023. Prior to this role, Malachi worked at Smartsheet as a Business Development Representative for the MidMarket Expansion and held several positions including Sales Development Representative II and Sales Development Representative. Malachi's career also includes over a decade with the New Hampshire State Police as a Trooper First Class and State Trooper, as well as service in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant of Marines. Malachi holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, expected in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, completed in April 2018, both from Liberty University.
