Joey Miller

Joey Miller is a procurement analyst at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, serving since November 2024 within the Technology Acquisition Center. Prior to this role, Joey held the position of program manager at Centeva for 14 years, from November 2010 to November 2024. Joey's earlier experience includes work as a business analyst for the State of Texas from July 2008 to November 2010 and as the director of technology for parks and recreation at the City of Pflugerville, Texas, from June 2003 to June 2008. Joey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Schreiner University, graduating in 2003.
