Michelle Edwards

Michelle Edwards is an experienced professional with a strong background in veteran services and office management. Since January 2006, Michelle has served as a Military Order Purple Heart Service Officer and National Service Officer, providing essential assistance to veterans in navigating the VA claim process, which includes filing new and reopened claims, managing appeals, and advocating for veterans during hearings. Prior to this, Michelle gained valuable experience as a Full-charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager at Garage Door Place Construction from 2002 to 2006, and as an Information Tech Specialist at Transportation, Design & Mfg. from 1996 to 2000. Educational credentials include a degree in Office Technology from Manhattan Area Technical College.
