Phillip Nguyen

Phillip Nguyen is a dedicated and accomplished individual currently serving as a Newsletter Development Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as a College Mentor at SEA2UNI. With a strong background in advocacy and civic engagement, Phillip has held significant roles such as Chief Partnerships Officer and Director of Partnerships at GENup, where management of a coalition of over 70 organizations was key to supporting legislative goals. Phillip's experiences extend to serving as a student poll worker for the County of Orange and participating in programs like the National Security Language Initiative for Youth, where Phillip studied Mandarin Chinese abroad. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside previous academic accomplishments at Irvine Valley College and Bolsa Grande High School.
