Robert Fitton

Robert Fitton, MD, MS, CPE, FAAFP, serves as the Chief Health Informatics Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Previously, Fitton held the position of Lead Physician Executive/Service Line Lead for Population Health and Interoperability at Oracle. Fitton's experience also includes serving as Chief Medical Information Officer and Medical Director for Palliative Care and Ambulatory Quality at St. Vincent's Health Services in Bridgeport, CT, along with the role of Medical Director at Housatonic Medical Services and Family Physician at Brookfield Primary Care, LLC. Fitton earned an MD in Medicine from New York Medical College and a Master of Science in Justice from American University.
