Satish Annadata

Satish Annadata, MD, MPH, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of Staff (Chief Medical Officer) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since July 2022 and is also part of the Advisory Board for MIT linQ Catalyst. Annadata previously held the position of Chief Medical Officer at UnitedHealth Group from January 2018 to March 2022, and has extensive experience at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in various roles from November 2010 to January 2018, including Deputy Chief of Staff and Associate Chief of Staff for Primary Care. Additional experience includes academic roles as an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a research fellowship at Stanford University. Annadata's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University and a Master of Public Health from Western Kentucky University, along with medical degrees from Osmania Medical College and the University of Utah School of Medicine.
