Sing Quan

Sing Quan is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in clinical social work and youth ministry. Currently, Sing serves as a Senior Social Worker at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since July 2022, after being a Social Worker at On Lok from January 2016, where responsibilities include establishing therapeutic relationships and developing individualized care plans for participants and their families. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Director of Youth Ministry at Donldina Cameron House, overseeing the Bilingual After School Tutorial Program, and working as a Preschool Teacher Aide at Montessori Academy of London. Sing holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, both from San Francisco State University.
