Wayne Metcalf

Wayne Metcalf is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in workforce management, field service, and human resources. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Analyst at the Defense Logistics Agency since May 2022, Wayne has also held the position of Field Service Technician at ONE Gas since March 2018. Wayne's earlier experience includes a notable tenure as Senior Human Resources Manager with the Oklahoma Army National Guard from July 2001 to April 2018 and as Lead Sales Associate at J.C. Potter's Sausage Co from April 1997 to July 2001. Wayne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
