Ismael Rodriguez, PAHM

Ismael Rodriguez, PAHM has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ismael started their career in 2016 as a Police Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), where they served for a year. In 2017, Ismael transitioned to the role of Law Enforcement Officer at SD. Simultaneously, they joined IPI as a Sales Specialist, focusing on business development, marketing, and networking. Ismael held these positions until 2021 when they joined USI Insurance Services as a Benefit Analyst, overseeing benefit analysis until 2022. Currently, Ismael is working as a Director at U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group.

Ismael Rodriguez completed an Associate's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Psychology from El Paso Community College in 2020. Ismael then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with concentrations in Chicano Studies and Psychology at The University of Texas at El Paso. Their education at The University of Texas at El Paso is ongoing, and they are expected to graduate in 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Ismael Rodriguez obtained a Professional certification from the Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) in September 2022. Ismael also holds a General Lines Agent certification from the Texas Department of Insurance, which they obtained in August 2021.
