Megan Schneider

CEO at U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group

Megan Schneider is the Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners. Among her many responsibilities, Megan leads the company’s technology integration initiatives, and oversees sales growth plans and the continued development and expansion of client services.

Prior to joining USRBP, Megan was the North American Business Operations Leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Health & Benefits Brokerage & Advisory business, serving the middle market. She was responsible for internal operations of the $360M, 900 colleague business, executing on the business and talent strategy with a focus on operational excellence. Megan also held other key leadership positions in Willis Towers Watson’s Health & Benefits business, including Executive Vice President, Northeast Region Operations Director and Metro (NY/NJ/CT) Director of Operations. Prior to her leadership roles, Megan was a Senior Consultant in the legacy Willis Human Capital Practice, managing the employee benefits needs for several marquee client relationships. Before joining Willis, Megan was an associate in the Towers Perrin Health & Welfare practice where she served as the project manager for Towers Perrin’s Stop Loss Purchasing Program and was a vital team member for the three Fortune 100 clients.

Megan received a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Finance and Information Systems, as well as a minor in Accounting, from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business. She also attended New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she earned an MBA with dual specializations in Leadership and Change Management & Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

In 2008, she was recognized by the National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) – NYC, as the Helen M. Garvin Enterprising Achiever Award Recipient. She has also received several internal awards recognizing her outstanding performance over the years including the Willis Northeast MVP and the Towers Perrin Star Performer.

Megan was a featured speaker at the 15th annual Third Party Administrators and Managing General Underwriter Excess Insurance Executive Forum organized by the Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) where she addressed more than 500 attendees on methods for risk aversion.

Among her many philanthropic activities, Megan has served as Northeast Chair of The Willis Foundation, as junior board member and on-ice volunteer coach for Figure Skating in Harlem, Inc., and as Corporate Volunteer Day coordinator for Habitat for Humanity.
