Jordan B. Young

Jordan B. Young is an experienced economist currently employed at the U.S. Energy Information Administration since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jordan held positions at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as an Energy Industry Analyst and as an Economist Intern, where data analysis and regulatory support were key responsibilities. Additional relevant experience includes internships at iDfour, S&P Global Platts, Tempus Inc., and the U.S. Department of State, encompassing data analytics, market intelligence, and economic modeling. Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the University of Houston, a Master of Arts in Global Affairs from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College.
