Lisa Stanley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and sustainability fields. Lisa started their career as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent at Peak Properties in 1994. Lisa then worked at RTS Properties, where they managed and leased office/retail buildings and residential units. After that, they joined Hast & Company as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent, where they handled a portfolio of income properties. Lisa later became a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc, specializing in tenant and buyer representation for office users. In 1999, they took on a role as a Property Manager at Mile High Properties LLC, overseeing the operations of a Class-A High Rise in Downtown Denver. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as a General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, collaborating with asset managers from MetLife and St. Paul Travelers. In 2008, they joined CTG Energetics, Inc. as the Director of Sustainable Facilities, focusing on sustainability program development. Currently, they serve as the Director of Client Solutions at the U.S. Green Building Council, where they use their technical knowledge and support large-scale clients and projects.
Lisa Stanley earned the CPM Designation in 2002 from the Institute Of Real Estate Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University Of Colorado in 1994. Lisa also attended Manual High School from 1984 to 1988.
