Michael Henschke has a diverse range of work experience. Michael began their career as a Regional Fleet Manager at Marten Transport, where they managed fleet operations and performed account management. Michael then transitioned to Target as an Operations Manager, leading a team and implementing new processes to increase efficiency. Following that, Michael worked at Ulta Beauty as a Senior Operations Manager, where they directed outbound operations, managed a team, and achieved significant improvements in picking accuracy. Michael later joined DoorDash as a Senior Manager, Support Operations, and then as a Manager, Support Operations, where they led and developed teams, strategized process improvement projects, and achieved reductions in escalation handle time. Most recently, Michael served as Vice President of Operations at Virtuance, where they were responsible for leading and building a solid management team, implementing strategic initiatives, and leveraging data to accomplish objectives. Michael'scurrent role is as the Director of Technical Customer Service at the U.S. Green Building Council.
Michael Henschke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Economics from Hamline University. Michael has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam, expected to be completed in 2023.
