Ella Holman

Ella Holman currently serves as the People Experience Manager in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer at the U.S. House of Representatives, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), such as Deputy Executive Director of the Chief Human Capital Officers Council and Senior Advisor to the Chief Management Officer, from September 2021 to July 2025. Additionally, Ella worked at the U.S. House of Representatives as a Human Resource Strategist from January 2019 to September 2021 and held positions at the Partnership for Public Service, OPM, Discovery Communications, Human Rights Campaign, and Autism Speaks. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from American University, obtained in 2013.
