Maha Hafez Witherington

Maha Hafez Witherington is an experienced Senior Civil Servant with a diverse background in federal service and community outreach. Currently serving as a District Representative for Congressman French Hill's Office since September 2022, Witherington coordinates various immigration and social services for Arkansas District 02. Prior roles include liaising for the Arkansas Governor's Mansion, serving as Senior Congressional Actions Coordinator for the Secretary of the Army, and various positions within U.S. military commands, including protocol and administrative advisory roles. With a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Alexandria, Egypt, earned between 1974 and 1978, Witherington has demonstrated a commitment to public service and community improvement through extensive volunteer work.
