Philip Gow

Philip Gow, Jr. is an accomplished professional with experience in political and community engagement. Currently serving as Field Director for the U.S. House of Representatives, Philip curates project funding options and provides support for local officials while performing ceremonial duties at public functions. Previously, as Constituent Services Liaison, Philip coordinated with federal agencies on behalf of constituents in New York's 23rd district. Engagements include being a BN360 Member at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and serving as Secretary and Executive Board Member of the Erie County Young Republicans. Philip has also held fellowships with notable organizations such as the Hudson Institute and the Alexander Hamilton Institute, demonstrating expertise in political theory and public policy. A graduate of Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, Philip has a background in leadership as a captain of the college rowing team.
