Elizabeth Patterson

Elizabeth Patterson, Ph.D., PMP, currently serves as the Director of Global People Strategy at Nike and is also a Strategic Planner for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Prior roles include Director of HR Delivery Operations at Nike and Strategic Planner at the United States Strategic Command. Elizabeth has extensive experience in workforce strategy and organizational growth, previously holding the position of Senior Manager for Workforce Strategy and Global People at Walmart. Elizabeth's career in human resources spans over 16 years, with key roles at the United States Department of Defense as HR Director and various positions at NATO and Cerner Corporation. Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master’s degree in the same field from Northcentral University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
