Theodore Kubista

Branch Chief, Intel Engagements at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command

Theodore Kubista has been working at US Pacific Command since August 2012 as a Branch Chief for Intel Engagements. Prior to this, from August 2009 to July 2012, Theodore served as the Director, Army Programs, where Theodore directed program management in the Army Programs Division, Security Cooperation Office, advising and coordinating US national interests with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces. Additionally, Theodore oversaw over 750 foreign military sales programs valued at over $1 billion and planned defense-related training for nearly 2,000 Japan Self-Defense personnel annually. Theodore holds a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Mississippi.
