John Russo

John Russo is the President and CEO of Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC), a position held since January 1997, where expertise in existing conditions building documentation services is demonstrated through the use of advanced laser technologies, including High Definition Survey 3D Laser Scanning. Additionally, John Russo is the Founder and Board Member Emeritus of the U.S. Institute of Building Documentation, having served as its past President since March 2011. Previous experience includes roles as Project Architect at Ware Malcomb from 1993 to 1996 and Job Captain at Taylor Design from 1984 to 1993. Educational accomplishments comprise an OSHA 30 Certification in Hazard Recognition from UC San Diego Extended Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate’s Degree in Architecture from Orange Coast College.
