Prior to ADP, Stephen worked as a Sales Account Executive at Paychex from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on providing retirement-focused software solutions to clients in the Northwest territory. Stephen managed a book of 1,500 clients and provided consultative recommendations aligned with their business objectives.
Stephen started their career as a Benefits Coordinator at Aflac from 2012 to 2014, where they evangelized insurance products and services to companies throughout Minnesota. Stephen established relationships through cold calling and networking activities.
Before joining Aflac, Stephen worked as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Stephen provided investment strategies, asset management, insurance, retirement planning, and other financial services to clients nationwide.
Stephen began their career in the finance industry as a Personal Banker at US Bank from 2005 to 2007, where they helped clients with their financial needs and cross-sold products.
Prior to their career in finance, Stephen owned Platinum Painting from 2003 to 2005.
Stephen Ager attended Missouri Western State University, where they studied Finance, General. Stephen also received additional certifications, including the Series 63 and Series 7, from Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC.
