Kelly Oaks has been with the U.S. Naval Institute since December 2005, currently holding the position of Managing Editor for Digital Content & Production. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Spinsheet & Proptalk Magazines as a Production Manager & Designer. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from McDaniel College, Kelly has extensive experience in managing the production of magazines, creating layouts, managing costs, and maintaining quality. Additionally, Kelly supports graphic and production needs within the organization.
