Lynn Kroll Trubits is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a strong background in various industries. Currently serving as the Membership Marketing Manager at the U.S. Naval Institute since June 2022, Lynn is responsible for developing strategies to enhance membership growth and retention. Previous roles include Business Development & Marketing Coordinator at BrightKey, Inc., where Lynn focused on content marketing and social media strategy, and Strategic Marketing Manager at RedZone Technologies, leading thought leadership initiatives. Lynn has also held positions at NASA Federal Credit Union, Capital Gazette Communications, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, and The Washington Post, accumulating extensive expertise in marketing, sales, and business development. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
