Regional Director at U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps

Zane Lance has extensive experience in logistics, human resources, recruitment, and training. Zane served as the Regional Director for the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, where they directed various aspects of the organization. Prior to this, Zane worked for the Department of the Army, holding positions such as Director of Logistics, Director of Human Resources, Deputy Director of Human Resources, Recruiting Manager, Director of Plans, Operations & Training Division, Director of Mobilization & Readiness Division, Operations Manager, and Executive Officer. In these roles, they managed budgets, supervised personnel, developed policies, and ensured the proper resourcing of units.

Zane Lance has a diverse education history. In 1984, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Zane then pursued their military career and attended the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course at the United States Army Field Artillery School in 1990. In 1995, Zane Lance completed the Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course at the U.S. Army Field Artillery School. Zane continued their military education by attending the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, completing the Command & General Staff Officer Course in 2003. Zane Lance further enhanced their knowledge by enrolling in the Advanced Joint Professional Education program at the Joint Forces Staff College from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they have also undergone training at the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College in Combined Arms & Staff Services School.
