Randi Ludington is currently serving as a Legislative Affairs Officer for NORAD and US Northern Command since June 2023, acting as a congressional advisor to the Commander. Prior to this role, Randi held positions in the United States Air Force, including Strategy and Engagement as the Air Force Office of Budget and Appropriations Liaison from December 2021 to June 2023 and served as a Defense Legislative Fellow in the United States Congress from July 2020 to December 2021. Randi's educational background includes a Legislative Studies Certificate from Georgetown University, a Master's degree in Military Studies from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, an MBA from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.
