Rich Duncan

Rich Duncan began their work experience in 1996 at BNSF Railway, where they started in the engineering department and later held various operations positions, including Trainmaster and Superintendent. In the past five years, they led teams in the Finance and Sourcing departments. In 2021, they joined U.S. Rail & Logistics as the Vice President of Operations.

Rich Duncan attended Oklahoma Christian University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Communications. In 1997, they also briefly studied Law/Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
