Bobby Pardini

Bobby Pardini, PharmD, currently serves as the Director of Innovation - VBC Operations Excellence at U.S. Renal Care since October 2024. Previously, Bobby held multiple leadership roles at Panoramic Health from January 2022 to May 2024, including Director of Central Operations and Pharmacy, where responsibilities included overseeing pharmacy, dietitian, and social work divisions, and achieving significant operational improvements. Prior to that, Bobby contributed to CVS Health from October 2018 to January 2022, culminating as District Leader with full P&L responsibility for over $80 million in annual revenue. Bobby's early career included roles at Westbrook Pharmacy & Surgical Supply and First Databank, supplemented by a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.
