Courtney Rousseau

Courtney Rousseau has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Courtney started their career in 2014 as a Behavioral Therapist at Janet S. York Correctional Institute. In 2016, they joined People Empowering People as a Clinician. From 2017 to 2019, Courtney worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America, first as a Master Social Worker and then as a Facility Administrator. Courtney later became an Area Team Lead from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, Courtney worked at U.S. Renal Care, initially as an Area Director of Operations from February 2022 to December 2022. Courtney then served as a Regional Director of Operations from December 2022 to November 2023. Currently, Courtney holds the position of Regional Director of Operations II at U.S. Renal Care, starting in November 2023.

Courtney Rousseau completed a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Connecticut from 2014 to 2016. Courtney attended Mitchell College from 2010 to 2014, majoring in Clinical Psychology. In 1999 to 2001, they also attended Regis College.
