Katherine Tripple

Katherine Tripple has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Katherine is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at U.S. Renal Care and Kidneylink since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Value Based Care at Foresight Mental Health from 2021 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Katherine worked at Sound Physicians, initially as the Senior Director of Population Health Operations and later as the Vice President of Value Based Care Operations & Innovation. Katherine played a crucial role in designing and implementing value-based operational solutions for the organization.

Before their time at Sound Physicians, they held positions at DaVita as the Director of Strategy & Operations Innovation from 2013 to 2016, and as a Redwoods Resident from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as an Administrative Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2012 and as a Senior Account Executive at Feinstein Kean Healthcare from 2007 to 2010.

Katherine Tripple has an MBA in General Management & Healthcare from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Katherine also has a BA in Religious Studies & Sociology from Connecticut College. Additionally, Katherine has a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci.
