Laquinta Jefferson

LaQuinta Jefferson has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. LaQuinta started their career in 2003 at The Hartford as a Human Resources Associate, where they worked until 2006. Following that, they joined NCR Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist and later became a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2013, LaQuinta transitioned to Flexi Compras, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner. LaQuinta then moved on to U.S. Renal Care, where they held the roles of Regional Human Resources Director and Talent Acquisition Director. Their work experience spans over 17 years, showcasing their expertise and dedication in the field of human resources.

LaQuinta Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Texas Southern University.
