Michel Bouchard

Michel Bouchard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michel began their career as an International Sales Manager at GKI Marketing Group, where they managed group sales for a corporate travel tour operator. Michel then joined Radix Corporation Inc as a Development Services Coordinator, where they developed software solutions for healthcare clients.

Michel went on to work at Florida's Blood Centers as a Regional Administrative Manager, where they successfully managed branch locations and implemented program changes. Michel later became the Director of Care Delivery at Heartland of Lauderhill, overseeing the nursing department and budget planning.

Michel then transitioned to Healthcare Partners - South Florida as the Manager of Clinical Operations, where they played a crucial role in care management policies and utilization management procedures. Michel continued their healthcare career at Palliative Medical Associates as the Regional Director of Operations and Business Development.

At One Homecare Solutions, Michel served as the Director of Clinical Operations and Compliance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining relationships with health plans. Michel then joined DaVita Kidney Care as the Facility Administrator for DaVita Medical Group.

Most recently, Michel worked at US Renal Care, first as the Group Facility Administrator and then as the Regional Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of DE&I, where they focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.

Throughout their career, Michel has demonstrated a commitment to superior customer service, strategic planning, and achieving business goals.

Michel Bouchard has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing from the University of Quebec, which they obtained from 1980 to 1983. Michel also has a Certification in Case Management from Florida Atlantic University, completed in 1996. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Kaplan University Fort Lauderdale and earned a Certificate in Legal Nursing Consultant. Lastly, in 2014, they obtained a Six Sigma Lean Professional Certification in Project Management from the Management and Strategy Institute.
