Susan Safford

Susan Safford, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan is currently working as the Director of Value-Based Care Market Operations at U.S. Renal Care since October 2022. Prior to this, Susan worked at Signify Health from 2015 to 2022, holding various roles including Client Success Executive, Acute + Post Acute Operations Manager, Market Operations Representative, and Post-Acute Operations Specialist. Before joining Signify Health, they worked at Conversant as a Vertical Development Representative in the Pharmaceutical Division from 2012 to 2015. Susan also worked at Healthline Networks, Inc. as a Campaign Manager for Pharmaceuticals from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they were a Community Liaison at South Jersey Health & Wellness Center from 2010 to 2011.
