Francisco Urtecho

Francisco Urtecho has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Human Resources Generalist at U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources / Training Coordinator at Chimney Rock Inn from July 2019 to April 2022. Francisco also had a short stint as a Server at Bertucci's from February 2018 to June 2018. Francisco Urtecho gained tutoring experience at Berkeley College from October 2015 to July 2017. Francisco began their career as a Cook at Stonehouse at Stirling Ridge in April 2011, where they specialized in garnishing and plating different types of cold dishes, assisting with all catering kitchen necessities, preparing hor d’oeuvres, and arranging fruit and cheese platters.

Francisco Urtecho has a diverse education history. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Berkeley College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Francisco attended Middlesex College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management/Culinary Arts.

In addition to their academic achievements, Francisco also holds a certification in HR Analytics, which they obtained from Cornell University in January 2023.
