David Buckman

David Buckman, with over 15 years of security industry experience and nearly 35 years of legal expertise, is responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including strategic transactions, regulatory compliance, claim management and corporate governance.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

David previously served as an attorney with international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and has served as general counsel to the Sports and Entertainment Services Group of Aramark, a leading international provider of food, retail and support services.

David is a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Security Companies (NASCO). He is the former Chair of the Board of Pennsylvania College of Art & Design.
