Don Tefft

Don leads all areas of Human Resources for the company, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Employee Benefits, Employee Experience and Diversity & Inclusion.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Prior to joining Allied Universal, Don worked for 30 years with UPS leading numerous HR teams in multiple geographies.
