Erwin Rengers

Erwin Rengers (MSc) serves as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Hyva since July 2021, contributing to the company's innovative transport solutions for commercial vehicles and environmental services. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Strategic Business Development at e-llis Logistic Solutions and various HR positions at TE Connectivity, where Rengers managed global HR for industrial projects, and Steinhoff International, serving as Global Human Resources Director. Career beginnings include significant roles in HR at The Kraft Heinz Company and Koninklijke De Ruijter B.V., alongside consultancy work with Future Proof HR. Rengers holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Hogeschool Gelderland.
