Michael Beregovsky

Michael works with the company’s executive leadership team to develop and execute the strategic direction for the organization to continue driving strong, consistent and profitable growth.

Prior to joining Allied Universal, Michael served at Warburg Pincus’ Industrial and Business Services group in London and New York. Prior to that, he worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners and at Banc of America Securities’ Leveraged Acquisition Finance Group.

Michael received a bachelor’s in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
