Dean Castleberry

Dean Castleberry has a solid work experience in treasury and financial management roles. Dean started their career at Reliant Energy as a Supervisor of Financial Reporting and then moved on to Hanover, where they held the positions of Manager of Corporate Accounting and Treasury Manager. Dean then joined Nabors Industries as an Assistant Treasurer before transitioning to AES as the Treasurer of North America Generation. In this role, Castleberry was responsible for overseeing project finance and treasury operations for fossil fuel generating plants and wind farms across the United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Dean also managed bank accounts, developed cash forecasts, coordinated credit activities, and participated in business development efforts. Castleberry then worked at Axip Energy Services, LP as Treasurer, followed by C&J Energy Services as Vice President and Treasurer. Dean'smost recent role is as Vice President and Treasurer at U.S. Silica Company.

Dean Castleberry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Abilene Christian University between 1988 and 1991. Dean then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at the University of North Texas from 1996 to 1998.
