Jeremy Schoor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeremy started their career as a Summer Intern at Fairmount Minerals in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Intern at Peabody Energy. Jeremy then joined Peabody Energy as an Operations Associate in 2012 and later transitioned to the role of Operations Specialist from 2014 to 2015. Schoor then moved to Mississippi Lime Company where they served as an Operations Supervisor for the Drill Blast Scale division from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Process Supervisor and later took on the role of Plant Superintendent in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Their most recent position is at U.S. Silica Company where they have held multiple roles including Continuous Improvement Manager from 2018 to 2021, Program Manager from 2021 to 2021, Plant Manager from 2021 to 2022, and is currently working as a Sr. Project Manager - New Products starting from May 2022.

Jeremy Schoor has a diverse educational background with several degrees and certifications. In 2008, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, Jeremy pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management at the University of Phoenix. In 2021, they enrolled in the Harvard Business School Online and completed a Certificate in Financial Accounting, along with obtaining a certification in Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2020.
