Jonathan Isaac has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jonathan started their career as an Associate in the Business & Transactional Group at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, where they provided legal counsel to businesses on various corporate and commercial matters. Jonathan also specialized in government contracts, assisting with contract development, review, and compliance.

In 2006, Jonathan became an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Howard Community College, where they taught undergraduate students core concepts and developed curriculum materials.

Jonathan then joined QIAGEN, a multinational biotech company, as an Associate Director of Legal Affairs. In this role, they supported all functions and product groups, with a focus on commercial transactions and compliance. Jonathan later became the Director of Legal Affairs, overseeing North America and Asia, and also served as the Secretary for the Asia Pacific Management Council.

In 2014, Jonathan joined U.S. Silica Company as an Assistant General Counsel, providing legal support for commercial, transportation, logistics, and supply chain functions. Jonathan was heavily involved in M&A activities, land matters, and dispute management. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of General Counsel, overseeing the Industrial & Specialty Products Segment of the company.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated the ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization, from plant personnel to senior leadership. Jonathan has a strong background in commercial transactions, compliance, and government contracts.

Jonathan Isaac has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has obtained several certifications, including "Creating a Culture of Learning" and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn in August 2021, as well as "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
