Mohammed Shareef has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mohammed started their career at Verizon in 1999 as a Software Engineer V and worked there until 2006. Mohammed then joined Wells Fargo as an Application Architect and stayed with the company until 2010. Mohammed then joined the United States Office of Personnel Management as a Solutions Architect and worked there until 2014. In the same year, they moved to BIAS Corporation as a Solutions Architect/Technical Manager for a brief period. Finally, Mohammed joined U.S. Silica Company in 2014 and has held multiple roles including Director of IT Applications and Enterprise Architecture, and currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology.

Mohammed Shareef has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Mohammed also holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Boston University. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohammed Shareef is a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2010. Mohammed is also a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2005.
