Olu Odegbami

Olu Odegbami has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olu currently holds the position of Director of Strategy at U.S. Silica Company since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Strategy& as a Senior Associate from September 2018 to March 2021. In this role, they advised senior leadership teams on strategy, operations, and implementation in various sectors such as industrial products and services, energy, power and gas utilities, chemicals, natural resources, financial services, insurance, and technology. Olu has been involved in projects such as enterprise transformation, strategy refresh and implementation, operating model redesign, and operational diligence. Before Strategy&, they spent five years at Halliburton as a Research and Mechanical Development engineer, where they played a key role in the development of novel products within the drilling industry. From May 2008 to August 2013, Olu worked at Cummins Inc. in the New Product Development department as an Advanced Engineering System Integration Engineer, focusing on the development of next-generation after-treatment systems.
