Courtney Henderson

Courtney Henderson is a seasoned professional in military space operations and education, currently serving as the Chief of the Joint Training & Education Division J73 at U.S. Space Command since November 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney held various leadership positions at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies and the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense School, including Task Order Lead and Chief of the Space Training Division, respectively. With a robust background that includes senior director roles at United States Strategic Command, and operational command experience, Courtney has contributed to military space strategies since 2008, following an academic foundation with a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
