Nick Haugen

Nick Haugen is a seasoned program analyst currently working at U.S. Space Command since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nick served as the Deputy Strategy Division Chief at UNITED STATES AFRICA COMMAND from July 2020 to June 2023, and completed a year as a student at The United States Army War College from July 2019 to June 2020. Nick's military experience includes strategic planning with the US Army from November 2016 to June 2019, and prior roles as a Physical Scientist at the U.S. Army Nuclear and CWMD Agency, Combating WMD Planner at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and Policy Analyst at SAIC. Nick holds a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, an MA in Strategy and National Security from U.S. Naval War College, an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
