Carolyn Hum has extensive experience in the field of speech pathology and administration. Currently serving as an Administrative Officer at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency since January 1996, Carolyn has previously worked as a Speech Pathologist in private practice from 1982 to 1984 and as a Speech/Language Therapist for Anne Arundel County Public Schools from 1972 to 1979. Carolyn holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1972 and 1974, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field from the University of Maryland, earned from 1968 to 1972.
