Sebastian Keneally serves as the Country Manager for Power Africa at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency since October 2021. Previously, Sebastian held positions at the New Climate Economy Project as a Research Associate and Research and Engagement Coordinator from June 2018 to October 2021, and worked as a Financial Analyst - Consultant at Pacific Oil and Gas, where investment analyses and project presentations were conducted. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation focused on political risk insurance, a Research Associate role at Mitsubishi Corporation Americas, and a Management Intern position at the US Embassy in Bahrain. Sebastian also managed a ranch for several years and worked as a Land Agent at Chisholm Partners LLC. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University, as well as ongoing education at the American University of Beirut.
