Mike Weiss

Mike has 3 decades of experience in senior financial leadership roles and will bring a more strategic role to the CFO position. Mike has been in the Industrial Manufacturing industry with Gates Corporation (including CFO of Canadian operations and VP Finance of Gates largest Division the Power Transmission division). He has 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Service industry Including: 4 years as VP Finance/ Regional Controller of Hoerbiger (oil field service with industrial equipment repairs and retro fits) and most recently CFO of C&G Energy Services for 6 years. C&G participated in the rental market for remote power generation equipment as well providing electrical contracting to the Oil Field.
