Jenni Richter, PHR, has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Jenni began their career in 2006 as an HR Intern at Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin. In 2008, they moved to Miles Kimball Company where they worked as an HR Assistant. In 2010, they joined Silver Star Brands, f/k/a Miles Kimball Company, where they held the roles of HR Director, HR Manager, HR Recruiting Generalist, and HR Compensation & Benefits Generalist. In 2019, they joined U.S. Venture, Inc. as HR Director, Corporate & Technology and Regional HR Leader. In this role, Jenni developed and championed the Culture & People Strategy for multiple divisions and corporate functions, facilitated change management for technology divisions to realign the business to support growth, partnered with Finance Leadership Team through Talent & Data Transformation Initiatives, led divisional M&A and integration, created and championed remote/ hybrid working strategy and new facility design to support, and led multiple departments and divisions through Change Management & Safety during the pandemic.
Jenni Richter, PHR has an extensive educational background. Jenni obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Business Management from Silver Lake College between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Applied Science in Human Resources from Fox Valley Technical College between 2006 and 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, Jenni holds four professional certifications. These include a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci obtained in January 2022, Organizational Learning and Development from LinkedIn obtained in April 2021, Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute obtained in January 2013, and SHRM-CP from SHRM obtained in April 2015.
