Lori Hoersch

Lori Hoersch has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Lori began their career in 1984 as Corporate Personnel Assistant Manager at Mills Fleet Farm, where they provided HR leadership and administrative services to 26 store management teams and corporate distribution managers. Lori also led recruiting efforts for several new store openings and distribution office hiring, and designed, implemented, and administered employee self-insured medical and dental plans. In 1991, Lori moved to Plexus Corp. as Director of Human Resources, where they partnered with senior management to proactively identify strategic opportunities and HR initiatives to maximize alignment with business needs. Lori also directed all corporate and field HR functions including compensation, benefits, leadership development, training, and recruiting, while managing a global staff of 70+ HR professionals. In 2008, Lori joined U.S. Venture, Inc. as Chief People Officer and VP of Human Resources. In this role, they provide strategic leadership and expertise in the HR arena to maximize value creation within all strategic business units of the company. Lori also oversees the efficient operation of the following functions: organizational training and development, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, HR operations, payroll, safety and claims management, security, and shared office services.

Lori Hoersch obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin between 2005 and 2008. In 1998, they received their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Lori also holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from World at Work, a LEAN Green Belt certification from Plexus Corp., and a PROFILOR Multi-Rater certification from Personnel Decisions International.
