Jamee H.

Jamee H. has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and organizational development. Jamee is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at U.S. Water Services Corporation. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Talent Development at Shaw Construction LLC, where they implemented various HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and performance review processes.

Before Shaw Construction, Jamee worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Owner at Level Groundworks, Inc., where they provided consulting services related to HR strategy, workforce metrics, organization design, and employee training and development.

Prior to that, they served as the VP of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Goodwill of Colorado, where they linked human capital solutions to business strategy and implemented continuous improvement initiatives.

Jamee also held various HR leadership roles at Omnicare, CH2M, Dynegy, and Universal Solutions International, Inc. In these positions, they directed HR delivery, managed HR operations teams, implemented HR strategies, and recruited executive-level candidates.

Earlier in their career, Jamee worked as an Accountant at J. Maricle & Associates, CPA's, where they conducted financial analysis, prepared financial statements, and managed payroll and AP transactions.

Jamee H. completed their high school education at Tarpon Springs High School from 1981 to 1985. Jamee then attended the University of South Florida from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Jamee H. has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they became a PDI 360 Profiler Coach through Personnel Decisions Intl. In 2007, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Johns Manville. In 2010, they achieved the SPHR Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

Furthermore, Jamee H. holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they attained in July 2016. Jamee also has the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety) certification from Procore Technologies, received in October 2019.
