Jesse Garvey

Jesse Garvey is an experienced professional in the environmental systems engineering field, currently serving as the Operations Maintenance Manager at U.S. Water Services Corporation since January 2022. In this role, Jesse collaborates with the site operations team to oversee maintenance upgrades, construction projects, and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, while managing maintenance programs. Prior to this position, Jesse held the title of Construction Manager at Ramboll Management Consulting from July 2016 to March 2022 and served as a Project Engineer at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited from January 2006 to June 2016. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University between 2000 and 2005.
